We are committed to making your visit/stay with us as comfortable and convenient as possible from beginning to end. To help you know what to bring and where to go, we are glad to provide registration information for you. You can either register when you arrive at our facility, or you can register in advance. To register in advance, simply contact our admissions department for a pre-admission form by calling (972) 969-2101 or (972) 969-2183.
