We sincerely welcome you as our patient and are pleased that you have chosen Las Colinas Medical Center as your hospital. We are committed to making your stay with us as comfortable and convenient as possible, from beginning to end. Please read the information on our admission procedures to learn what you need to know before you get here.
You may either register when you arrive at our facility, or register in advance. To register in advance, simply contact our admissions department for a pre-admission form by calling (972) 969-2101 or (972) 969-2183.
Inpatient and Outpatient Registration
Our Central Admitting area is located just inside the main entrance of the hospital. Please check in first with the Concierge at the desk for registration. Here is where you’ll complete the registration process and receive important information on your stay at Las Colinas Medical Center.
